Richard, a middle-aged biker, seeks refuge from the rain and comes across the Quickie Mart, a 24-hour rest stop off a lonely highway town. Becky, the young cashier, offers him hospitality. Any other time they might have exchanged numbers, but the incoming tornado has other plans. During the late-night weather fiasco, Richard and Becky face their fate and embrace their last opportunity for passion before disaster strikes.
